The works to be done in this phase pay special attention both to the repairs in the roofs and decks and also to the rehabilitation of the superior towers, checking the causes that produce its degradation, with the aim of ensuring that the RACAB building, designed by the architect Josep Domènech i Estapà, continues to form part of the itinerary of emblematic buildings in the city of Barcelona.
