The plot where this office building is located is part of the Heritage Catalog of Sant Cugat with a typological protection D-V, so the intervention is limited to a comprehensive interior renovation without modifying any element of the facade protected as heritage. The project addresses the total renovation of the first and second floors of the offices, so that the rooms better meet the requirements of the new functional program. This reclassification of spaces requires, as main and structuring actions of the reform, the opening of a light well courtyard on the first floor and the redistribution of the staircase lobby on the second floor.
