The plot on which this office building is located is part of the Sant Cugat Heritage Catalog with D-V typological protection, which is why the intervention is limited to a comprehensive interior reform without modifying any element of the heritage-protected facade. The project addresses the total reform of the first and second floors of the offices, so that the rooms are better adapted to the requirements of the new functional program. This requalification of the spaces requires, as the main and backbone actions of the renovation, the opening of a well-lit courtyard on the first floor and the redistribution of the lobby from the staircase to the second floor.
