Opened in June 2020, Àtic Barcelona is a business centre of almost 2,000m2 that occupies exceptional premises in the Eixample district of Barcelona, in the former headquarters of the publishing house “el Hogar y la Moda”, which hides a gem in the interior of the block: one of the few hypostyle halls left in the city.
The project is conceived as a small neighbourhood with a strictly Mediterranean and Barcelonan character, with bright and healthy streets and squares where offices and workspaces are distributed, as are the premises and shops in the rest of the city.
It is a place designed with the highest levels of sustainability and user-oriented well-being and designed for entrepreneurs and startups to find themselves in common spaces and create synergies with other professionals.
The choice of the construction materials and systems has been based on quality, durability and low maintenance and has been built with the precision and solvency of Constructora de Calaf (construction company), Mobles Cubiñà (furniture) and Lledó (lighting).
