The actions to be developed aim to renew and improve the existing spaces and installations to adapt them to our new uses.
The interventions are based on four main parameters:
Adaptation of the proposal to the functional program, including both existing uses and the rest of the building.
Recreating the image of a comfortable neighborhood, the main corridor inside the premises is articulated along a wide street that provides access to all countries. This tour is wide and dynamic in our spaces of interaction, always with the presence of warm materials and the incorporation of natural lighting.
Adaptation to current regulations.
Incorporation of durable, sustainable and recyclable materials and highly efficient installations, together with the implementation of an integrated management system, to turn the premises into an eco-efficient space.
The proposal is based on the creation of an internal circulation that connects the different countries, from the most public and proper area to the street in order to reach the internal work area.
This reform includes a series of actions that are described below:
CREATION OF NATURAL LIGHTING AND VENTILATION POOLS.
It creates a longitudinal lighting pool, parallel to the end of the roof and three open lighting pools on the second level of the ground floor, which will provide natural ventilation to the different countries of the center.
ACCESS ADAPTS TO TWO COUNTRIES.
It generates an even traverse, so that the scale and the multi-level platform that bridge the existing unevenness have been projected as “a single element”. The platform is a fixed plant, parallel and integrated to the scale, with the object that travels and remains unique for all.
