The police station for Cubellas’s city police is generated with only one constructive element: A sheet of continuous concrete, a plane that bend on itself forming the ceilings, walls and floors. The concrete is placed in the space as a raised body by the walls of the basement that formed the dependences with the light requirements: the parking, the facilities, the dressing rooms, etc.
The program is placed inside the protection of the concrete, without never coming to his limits, generating a facade that ends with a combination of glass and Naturvex panels, those can be fixed or sliding planes.
The program is organized across a low body placed longitudinally that generates two spaces: one for habitual use, perpendicular to the facade and another for zone for general circulations. This simple distribution allows the maximum control of the visitor.
